As an avid fisherman I was blown away with my experience with Boothy, his knowledge of the canal, it's eco system and how to fish it so successfully blew my mind, I always thought there was an aspect of luck with the canals but boothy showed us how to do away with luck and catch big fish definatly worth the experience and every dollar spent and will be booking another day soon.

Awesome day out had a lot of fun and got taught a heap of new techniques which payed off well hooking into my personal best 21 lb rainbow with Boothys help n guidance it couldn't have gone any better, I was stoked!!! I thought I had a pretty good idea of how to catch fish but after spending a day with Ben I was amazed at his knowledge an techniques also a very good teacher. Great day great guy would recommend this to everyone.

Without a doubt the best day i’ve ever had out on the water. Ben is a real good bugger with an unbelievable understanding of the canal system and how to fish it successfully. Not many guides will have you landing a 31lb Rainbow trout within the first hour but Ben managed just that. Looking forward to going again to get some tips on the salmon.

My son and I had the absolute pleasure of having Ben teach us in the weekend. We fly fish and lake fish with very good success but have never been able to crack the canals. Ben took us through a massive day of learning which also turned into a very productive day - limit bag of Salmon by midday being a bonus. Ben took the time to go over each technique with us until we had the concept under control - still lots to master but at least we now know what to do. Quite simply the best money I have spent on fishing ever. You can have all the gear but if you have no idea on how to read water, have the ability to understand what to change to and why then really its hopeless. Thank you Ben for transforming our ability to catch fish for the future, learn new techniques and skills which will benefit us for life. An amazing day, thanks so much.

Yesterday I headed down to the canals with Ben for a day trip to sharpen my skills and it turned into one of the best days fishing iv had!
We focused on new techniques, knots, and mastering what I already know.while the fishing was a little slow to begin.... sure enough we found the fish and we were into it. FISH ON
with 10 prime salmon to the bank already we headed in search of the large trout,just on sundown whilst perfecting my new learned techniques I hooked into something decent ..... After an epic battle and dragging Me down the canal finally had my P. B rainbow trout to the bank and in the net..... Mission complete.
Ben was an amazing guide who really fulfilled his duties trying to get me into the big trout I wanted. Great day on the water and also awesome company..... I highly recommend his services for beginners through to the most experienced angler as he has alot of knowledge and willing to help us aspire to better fisherman. Looking forward to our next mission
